Des
Saw on the BBC News the other day that competing Groundhog based weather forecasts from different North-Eastern US States have led to different interpretations of whether Spring is on the way or not but here in North-East Scotland the bulbs are out. Snowdrops came out last week and while the crocuses (croci ??) had flowered earlier this week it took the sun today to get them to open. Same area with Bluebells in May and early June , hopefully Sweet Peas and Nasturtium to follow in late summer.
spruecutter96
To be honest, I reckon most folks feel Spring has arrived when the daytime starts getting a bit warmer. I'd give it 4-5 weeks, yet. Cheers. Chris.
