Pete in Lincs
Now that is rather special. A lot of us must have seen Aircraft in a similar condition over the years. Spot on!
BleedingBlue
A sad subject, but it makes a great diorama.

Spot on! Yes that is very nice and very different.. 👌 I've always fancied doing a similar thing myself with the Jet Provost horse Jump at RAF Halton. I think it's even more overgrown than this now. Ade H
As I thought that it would be, that is generally very well executed. You can be quite proud of that. One question, though: who's been keeping the tyres inflated? 😉 I would have expected them all to be flat and degraded by now.

Lightningboy2000
Fantastic work, have to agree with Ade H, the tires would be well flat but apart from that it is stunning. Is this inspired by any particular wreck/relic? Martin

Not necessarily so , case in point is the remains of a Lancastrian which vanished in the late 40s after crashing into a mountain only for the remains to be found decades later , the tyres still had air in them 😲

Nickthebrief
I was going to question the red oxide primer, but having seen the photo of "the real thing" I will shut up! Lovely work - must have been fun to really be able to go to town on the weathering. Cheers, Nick.
Andy Young
Unusual diorama and very effective - very nice to see!. Top up the oil and clean the canopy and it'll be airworthy again!! Excellent weathering and a great subject. Cheers, Andy
