Torbjörn Hanö
So, finished at last. A pleasant build, love this aircraft. The only thong i'm not really satisfied with is the mud splashes. Should have been smaller specks, but I might give it another go or two. Happy modelling! /Torbjörn
Bertie McBoatface
That is a magnificent example of marvellous museum style modelling. I have to agree with you about the splashes though. I think I preferred it clean.
Marklo
Lovely work, the camouflage looks really good. I have the Revell 1/28 kit in the stash ready for the Revell o gram gb, if it turns out half as good I’ll be happy
arfa1983
A magnificent build. I will definitely need to get one of these. I'm so disappointed that I never bought an WW Albatross when I had the chance 😢 This kit would at least be a consolation prize. If I can pull something off half as good as what you have done I'll be even happier!
Sky Keg
If I didn`t know any better, I`d swear it is a real Dr.1. Very nicely done. Mike
Space Ranger
Hah! Can't fool me. That's the real thing, but cleverly Photoshopped to make us think it's a model!

Hi, no, my wings were straight. Maybe it arced a bit, but I can't say I'm a hundred percent sure about it. /T 32 minutes ago, boom.boom said: Very nice fokker indeed, congratulations! let me ask you if you had a problem with a crooked upper wing with Your kit? Maginot
Super job on this one. Brilliant finish on the wooden components. Excellent provocative title to the thread.
Col Walter E Kurtz
Definitely agree this is Museum standard. Not my era WW1 but it's an astonishing and beautiful model. I loved the machine guns especially.. The wooden prop and the overall patina of the model really works for me. These were real 'dogfighting' machines ! I have to agree I think the mud splashes are best left off ,but they don't spoil this excellent model. thank you for showing another aspect of modelling.. canvas and wood. Kind Regards, Andy
