colin
Would like to have witnessed the landing in the first photo, or is that photoshop 😉

Looks very much like the original Sikorsky S-69, they've been flogging that composite bladed ABC concept for decades now, perhaps this is their moment 😂

I'm sure that's not what Mike meant though - at first sight, the Defiant looks different to more conventional helicopter designs?
bootneck
Hi folks, yes, not being an avid aircraft follower, this looked like a new design and something, hopefully, that might get produced in kit form. cheers, Mike
spruecutter96
Looks like a definite Photoshop job to me. Why would the pilot need to have his rotor-tips so dangerously close to those pylons and thick cables? The landing would have been much easier right in the middle of the street. This looks like it's been doctored to emphasize the chopper's ability to land in very tight spaces. A bit of marketing-hype and bluster, unfortunately. Does anyone actually get fooled by this type of forgery? Chris.
bootneck
If you enlarge the image, you will see that they are at a T junction, note the last guy on the left is running out from the street on the left - the pavement/sidewalk stops just short of the guy; signifying a junction. Also, note the traffic lights. Mike
Rob G
Somebody's mislabelled that photo, it doesn't look anything like a Defiant - no turret, for a start.
