I hope this isn't seen as horrifically self-indulgent, but I really can't decide what to build for this GB! I've narrowed it down to a shortlist of four. I have plenty heavies in the stash but have a Halifax lined up for Big and British, so thought one out of these 1/72 builds. If you have a preference give it a vote, I'll go with whatever's most popular on D-Day. Cheers!

Come on Tony, embrace the power of "and" 🤣

I've voted for the Marauder, having seen what you've done with the cockpit in the chat thread I want to see the rest done

This is the fella... quietly and patiently waiting for a plane to be built around him!

Whitley, although if the SM.79 wins out, I won't complain.

You don't see many of those built

Mine got stuck at 75%, paint job (as expected) is the tricky bit. Not many suitable Italian colours around these parts... finally found some good ones recently.

Hi,

because of my genetic heritage, I will vote for the SM 79....

The Italian knew how to build good-looking aircraft. After looking at the Whitley, I rest my case!

I notice you are not boasting about your French heritage when it comes to WW2 bomber design beauty

Tony, if you go with the SM-79 surely the all over grey is a shame given the wide variety of colour schemes available for this iconic aircraft  ?

Cheers Pat
