With the usual caveat of check for photo's of the particular aircraft you are building. It look like the answer is no. Spin strakes were removed when tip tanks were fitted.

As 6 FTS used them for low level navigator training, and flown by experienced pilots. They shouldn't (cough) need assistance with spin recovery, I would have thought.

P.S. They were Jet Provost T5B's.

Can anyone say if the Jet Provost T.mk.6B of 6 FTS had the spin strips as well as tip tanks?

As there was never a T6 Jet provost ever made, it obviously did not have either!🤣

Spin strakes were there most likely to allow spins, as some aircraft have a hard time entering a spin.
