GioCare
yes, a new Jaguar GR1/3 was for two years in the catalogue reported ad News from new tools some years ago. Anyway it was cancelled. May be is it possible the project has change scale and a Jaguar is in the line as new 1/32 subject ? After the Mirage III, the F 104 and Tornado ... why not?

Wonder if the arrival of the KittyHawk kit made them change their mind? Well, once the KH kit was released, it should have strengthened Italeri's will to release a new kit, methinks...

As I'm sure you know, Tony, we were first promised this ground-crew set about 4 or 5 years ago and still there's no real sign of it. I think it might have become an "urban myth" now, unfortunately. If you haven't already, check out Reedoak and Video Aviation for ground-crew figures (expensive, but VERY nicely made). Cheers. Chris.
Piotr Mikolajski
13 hours ago, Sebastien said: Weren't they supposed to release a new tool 1/48 Jaguar GR1 a couple or three years ago? Kit #2714 was announced in 2012 as "100% new tool", with "Super Decals" sheet with RAF and IAF markings. One of few dozen kits announced and still not released. 10 hours ago, spruecutter96 said: As I'm sure you know, Tony, we were first promised this ground-crew set about 4 or 5 years ago and still there's no real sign of it. Yep, set #2511 "NATO Pilots, Ground Crew and Accessories" was announced in 2017 together with #2506 (F-35A) and #2513 (Tornado GR.4) and is still missing in action. GreenDragon
Had the ESCI 1/48th Jaguar and Tornado back in the late 70's, very clunky kits but the Mirage F-1 was awesome. Still have a few F-1's in the stash plus one of the Italeri reissues. Paul Harrison Edited January 19, 2022 by GreenDragon

Stephen
When are Italeri going to announce their 2022 catalogue?
IT_Man
Think they normally wait until Nuremberg (first week of Feb). Apparently it's their 60th Anniversary this year, so will be interesting to see if that has any impact on their choices for the year.
GioCare
I asked directly to the Italeri Marketing office and about the news announce the answer was: "in february" , I suppose, my deduction, during the Nuremberg Toy Fair, this year from 2 till 6 of february.

Mike
I'll be interested in the F-35B if it's any good, and a couple of the car kits that they're repopping, like the FIat 131 Abarth and the BMW M1

JFM148
Glad to see some models reissued and very interesting to see the 1/72 AMX and the 1/32 Folgore on their catalog. I'm pretty sure they will make really nice kits of these since they are from the home team....
