aerotechi
Nearly finished for the new year and probably would have if pesky Christmas didn’t get in the way!😅 The airfix 1:48 buccaneer S2b. Finished off as 208 squadron XX900 from 1986 at Lossiemouth. (Ref pic) The kit doesn’t have the code letters so had to paint these on by hand (don’t zoom in too much) and sea eagle missile mod came in 87 so she may not have had sea eagle and code letters together. Special thanks to @xvtonker for the ladders! Painted in humbrol and revell enamels. And pictured with her sisters XN923 bucc S1 and XV869 S2c from the same kit boxing.
Alpha Delta 210
Great brick and your hand-painted code letters look impressive (even when zoomed-in!)😉
Spitfire31
Beautiful Buccaneer. Such a great model with impeccable finish would've been worthy of 3rd party decals without those pesky white misprints… Kind regards, Joachim

Just a little difficult around the intake, exhaust, air brake where it needs tweaking and filler. Those ending in S were 208 sqn and 12 sqn ended in F. All squadrons pretty much kept their own aircraft, not shared around like today.

Thanks for that interesting info. 12 sqn was an option but the fox decal just didn’t look right.
