Very interesting project, Rob! I hope you don't mind if I follow along!

Vytautas

the more the merrier... need something to build while everything else goes to the paint shop (and need a free weekend to start painting them) ... some Group builds planned for later in the year so this is likely the only one i actually get to choose 😉

small vehicle with a lot of detail... chassis done, engine done, both need painting before I can start on the body work (apart from the engine bulkhead)...

I'll just squeeze in at the back of the crowd and watch another of your excellent projects progress though the stages.

Great start looking forward to the next update now

   Stay safe       Roger

Nice looking kit (unusual) - would be good in a DAK finish, suitably dusty and weather beaten

Not decided on scheme... DAK maybe

dont think much of the engine will be visible once the bonnet is on but its been primed, along with the chassis and engine sides... must admit that the UMP primer thinned 50:50 with UMP cleaner works really well....

it's sooooo small.... build finished. Will be painted in the DAK scheme (once the paint arrives)... interior is all just placed for ease of painting/weathering

this has moved on... wheels on, 2/3 guns added (painted the wrong one so need to do that), windscreen on... need to do the lights and maybe a little bit of subtle dust but nothing OTT... and then need to do just a little more on the canvas roof....

That's a nice little thing that Rob, quick build too. I've yet to build an ICM kit. Looks like there were little to no issues you experienced. Might keep my eye open for an ICM and give them a try. Seem's they are reasonably price too, in light of the ridiculous prices now being asked on Ebay and the like for other brands - Dragon, Tamiya and Takom.

not quite as fiddly as MiniArt but do have some small/thin parts... no PE at all... and do do some interesting subjects
