Unable to receive password reset email

I've been trying to access Britmodeller on my other devices and have followed the correct process for requesting a password reset however, even though I correctly select the tiles and provide my email address I'm not receiving the password reset link.

 

Can you please advise?

Probably being blocked at your email server end because muppets ask for notification emails and then instead of unsubscribing, mark them as spam. Enough times and it blacklists emails from BM.

 

You are obviously still accessing it from one device. It would be easier to change the password on the device you are currently using and updating your others.
