Bertie McBoatface Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 This was intended to be a diorama but I only got as far as the tank and figures before I ran out of time, skills and interest. However, I think it's still worth a look. There's a ton more pictures here: There are also twelve pages describing the ups and downs of a four month build. The Tank is Takom, the figures are MasterBox and the scale is 1/35. 42 2
fatfingers Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 Aye up Bertie. That is superb. I followed the build thread and the amount of work you put in is really worth the end result 👍 Regards, Steve 1
Stef N. Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 The same a Steve. Fantastic result Bertie, all the hard work paid off handsomely. 👏 1
Autle Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 There's been a lot of work gone into this build and it's paid off again for you. Really good little vignette as well. 1
StuartH Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 Super job and well worth all the hard work. Damage looks very realistic 👍 1
robgizlu Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 Superb work on those tracks - such a realistic finish Rob 1

I had a lot of fun with this one, as well as a few setbacks, and I'm really happy with the result. It would have been better if my imagined diorama had materialised but that's where my skills are seriously wanting. Maybe next time... 1
edjbartos Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 Very nice Bertie, it looks brilliant, it really does, I’ve watched the progress of this build for some time and it’s ended up smashing. The damage looks very realistic, well done...👍 Ed 1
FrancisGL Posted December 17, 2021 Posted December 17, 2021 Hi Bertie, A magnificent result, the appearance of the damage seems very convincing, and the idea is very original, with all those figures. Also a great job with the interiors. Cheers and TC Francis.👍 1

Saeran Posted December 17, 2021 Posted December 17, 2021 Really, really nice and apt as I have nearly completed the same Takom kit myself (but still in one piece 😄). 1

Jasper dog Posted December 18, 2021 Posted December 18, 2021 Innovative piece of modelling very nicely executed! Particularly like how the track colour/finish has worked out, very realistic. Interior looks great to btw. Super work. Darryl 1

Maginot Posted December 19, 2021 Posted December 19, 2021 Another one bites the dust. Great wreck. Yes, those tracks are superbly done. And I like Stan Laurel holding his rifle by the bayonet; this is another nice mess he's gotten us into. 1
