Or would it be close enough? It should be close enough. The sprue with the side sponsons are the only difference between the two kits. Sprue H in the MH replaces Sprue F in the CH. All the other sprues are the same. I wouldn't count on using it on MH-53E specific parts from Sprue H, but you should be fine on the rest of the kit.
