follasha
I've just built quite a nice 3D printed resin Cessna 206 kit by VFR Models. Its nicely detailed with quite good internal detail & not too much finishing (sanding of scan lines) required. I chose to put mine on floats rather than the wheels provided, using Constanza Edo 3430s intended for their Piper Cherokee Six kit. . I had to increase the height/chord of the rudder and add the ventral fin as the 206 floatplanes need more area. billn53
Always a pleasure to see a General Aviation model built, especially when it’s done so well! And, that last photo is the cat’s meow. 😊
TheyJammedKenny!
Agree! That last photo is a real winner. Does she actually float?
follasha
Ha! No, it certainly looks like it though, its 'CGI' water using an effect in an old Paint Shop Pro program I have Edited December 2, 2021 by follasha
Abandoned Project
That is lovely and the last picture is fantastic. Well done on a fine model and some great CGI work in the last photo.
Space Ranger
Very nice! I have most of VFRModels' kits (produced by BritModeller's own 'Bangseat Johnny,' I believe), and they are well done and fill a badly needed niche.
Dennis_C
Nice Cessna! Great assembly and paintwork. It's a pity not a lot of plastic option for the general aviation subjects exist.
