David H
Looks very nice, Dave! Interesting -and creative- weapons load out. Not what we're used to seeing. I too am building an F-4B from a sister squadron of -323, VMFA-115. Its documented on my WIP thread "LOVEBUG" in case you are interested. -d-

DaveJL
Thanks chaps! @David H, the weapons load was based on a few images I seen online of USMC jets in the late 60s.
Oldsarge
Nice F4-B The F4-B didn't use a center line tanks. All support alert mission carried snakes and naps. As you will can they got pretty dirt. I was stationed on Chu Lai from 1968 to 1970. The aircrew did a lot of turn and burns. Love your model. .

DaveJL
Thanks chaps! @Oldsarge, thanks for the info! I have a few reference pictures that show the centre tank and 6x MK.77 so I just based it on that. Granted they were from Da Nang, but I guessed the principle was the same. My next USMC jet will have the outer tanks fitted with a MER along the centre line. Cheers Dave
