general melchett
Quote What about Speckled Jim ?? He's busy sunning himself on the Algarve with all those lovely Portuguese birds, CC...anyway, he could always fly alongside rather than take up valuable cabin space. That's reserved for my single-malt and feathery hat collections. Mind you, thinking about it, he'd probably out-accelerate us so maybe an aerotow from him would be a wiser choice.

Martian
I give up! I'm away for a few days and with @general melchett left in charge, this is the chaos that reigns. Good job I'm back tomorrow evening when I shall proceed to restore what passes for order here and try to get back to the subject of gasbags. The Schutte-Lanz and the LZ.38 got their paint schemes this week and work on rigging the Schutte-Lanz will begin tomorrow, when I have cleared up the detritus of a marathon two day paining session. In related news, I have just had an email from The Dorset Printman with news that the 1/700 Schutte-Lanz is ready for printing. Now I am looking forward to making that one!
