ReccePhreak
I bought some Kits World 3D Printed Luftwaffe fighter seatbelts in both 1/32 & 1/48. Are they printed on a solid clear sheet, and thus need to be cut out as close to the parts as possible? Are any decal setting solutions needed, and if so which ones work best? dov
I use Quinta. Same issue. I hope you can get it off from foil! No cutting! Quintas are on foil only. They are perfect to use. PVA glue only! Happy modelling
ReccePhreak
Thanks @dov I can experiment on the extension pieces they give you. Larry
Chuck1945
You can carefully lift the printed belt pieces from the backing, no cutting or soaking necessary. You will probably need to use a dab of white glue to hold them in place. Do experiment first, it has been three-four months since I used the Kits World belts I bought and I no longer trust my memory to be 100% reliable 😛

825
I've used them and it's not a continuous backing sheet, each piece is separate. There's no discernible excess.  After about 10 seconds in warm water they go on fine and look pretty good. Once in place I use a cotton bud to press them down and remove any excess water.  I just wish there was an instruction sheet with them to explain all the parts.
