PhantomBigStu
Spent most of this year either finishing or disposing builds, (baring one that gone away into storage for a while and another that will definitely be built for this, but a got a few hanging around to pick from. PhantomBigStu
And here's the rest, though actually have a hankering for one that got mistakenly culled back in feb
Anatol Pigwa
Hmm, start with the ones which are most advanced so you can finish more, or the ones which are least advanced in order to take advantage of the time? Questions, questions.
Corsairfoxfouruncle
The best possible one Id like to see is the B-25.

JOCKNEY
The Gnat looks nearly done, the Mitchell will be great when finished, but probably not enough time left in this GB for all the decals that go on a Phantom ! Best of luck. Cheers Pat

PhantomBigStu
B-25 winning the popular vote so far, fitting as my first KUTA entry and completion was my first attempt at the Airfix kit and it’s the longest serving build, started it in the spring of 2019 after the build had a horrible accident before life and other builds got in the way.
PhantomBigStu
Been doing some sorting out and as well as culling the aforementioned other build I culled the b-2, and unintentionally the gnat as I tried to correct the bad step in the wing fuselage join. But anyway decided will indeed progress the b-25 and a finish that mirage iv off Edited November 13, 2021 by PhantomBigStu
PhantomBigStu
Well actually turns out it wasn’t my first KUTA, that was a eurofighter 3 years earlier…anyway here was the previous build, this time will be easier as the decals include a non stripy one, though part of me wonders if I should get the xtradecal sheet and do one not in OD/NG Edited November 14, 2021 by PhantomBigStu
PhantomBigStu
Done a load sanding today and got some xtracrylix desert sand on. Changed scheme and going the one from the kit but it’s operational guise Edited November 29, 2021 by PhantomBigStu
PhantomBigStu
Sand wasn’t fully mixed and after some sanding touch’s up and a complete repaint here it is with the upside in the more correct lighter and pinker form
PhantomBigStu
Underside sanded and painted neutral grey mix few areas to attend to before can sort out the proper demarcation

ArnoldAmbrose
Gidday, model planes aren't my forte but it seems to me that the undercarriage is retracted, ie the plane's flying. So will you need the nose weight at all? Regards, Jeff.

Filling up the bomber's position with lead wouldn't look to hot! Cheers JR

PhantomBigStu
Did some more before Christmas before it went back in the draw till yesterday when I discovered I don’t have the decals for my spitfire in the spares and I cracked on and finished the underside.

PhantomBigStu
This went horribly wrong a few weekends back when it came to the clear parts, couldn’t get some to fit, lost a landing light part into another dimension though good old revell clear sorted them out only for the canopy to brake on the Monday hence the thread went dark. Couldn’t get a spare but all is not lost, decided to use the one the more framed one the kit came with to do an raf one so the pink will be repainted olive drab

PhantomBigStu
To give the thread a happy end here’s what should be a quick build, going for the luftwaffe option from the hobbyboss kit as the hasegawa shares the same wing type
