Airfix HE 111, Does It Still Exist?

Hi guys, 

 

Im plannning to make a small 1/72 scale diorama with an Airfix Paul Boulton Defiant and a Heinkel 111. Now I’ve had a look but I can’t find any NEW airfix Heinkels. Have they been discontinued?

Please let me know.

Right now, Hannants has the Motorhead He111 kit. You would just need to get some proper WW2 decals for it.

Airfix, like other manufacturers, seem to release kits, then discontinue them for a while which makes some stuff like go for relatively silly prices on Ebay.

 

As Chris says, Hannants have the Motorhead one, or try someone like Kingkit.

Or there's the Hobby2000 release of the Hasegawa kit.

It's always worth checking the 'For Sale' area of the forum or put a post in the 'Wanted' section as this is how I managed to pick up the Revell H-6 for quite good money.

Do you need 100 posts to buy from the 'For Sale' section or is it just being able to post a 'Want' etc.?

 

If you can buy then perhaps someone reading this post may have one to sell and could list it possibly?
