Although the series is not quite large in terms of quantity it is a very completed in terms of not so common stuff. I have been posting incorrectly here This is the final list. 1) Fairey Barracuda Mk I - P1767 (prototype) 2) Fairey Barracuda Mk I - P1767 (prototype) 3) Fairey Barracuda Mk II - P9647 used to test Merlin 32 engine fitted with a container as ballast 4) Fairey Barracuda Mk I - P1767 with fixed main under carrier 5) Fairey Barracuda Mk II unknown serial number - D Day invasion stripes 6) Fairey Barracuda Mk with shark mouth. The serial number is our best guess. It is not confirmed. 7) Fairey Barracuda Mk II - LS789 July 1944 fitted with a torpedo and radar. 😎 Fairey Barracuda Mk I -P9652 with SCI installation 9) Fairey Barracuda Mk II PM963 371/A 10) Fairey Barracuda Mk TR III DP855/G Desford Feb 1944 For ASV MK II band evaluation with rear fuselage mounted scanner and randome 11) Fairey Barracuda Mk II P9795/G A&AEE with CUBA canister 12) Fairey Barracuda Mk I - RK328 with depth charges 13) Fairey Barracuda Mk V PM940 Oct 1945 (Fifth prototype 14) Fairey Barracuda Mk V P9976 May 1944 (third prototype) 15) Fairey Barracuda Mk II PM954 R1C 814 Sdn Ceylon Ashore RNS Katukurunda 1945 16) Fairey Barracuda Mk II LS472 China Bay in September 1944 17) Fairey Barracuda Mk II MX613 A&AEE January 1945 with a boat 18) Fairey Barracuda Mk II - unknown serial number used to test air radar container installation. The Barracuda with invasion stripes is probably an RAF aircraft of 567 Sqn based at RAF Detling, possibly either P9941 or P9942.
