Needed a break from aircraft, and after falling down the YouTube rabbit hole ended up watching painting videos of the newish Primaris Marines and thought I'd give them try. Thoroughly enjoyed building this guy, don't think it turned out too bad, using the citadel contrast paints thinned with some medium as a wash at the end think it gave a pretty good effect. Base is made up of some old sprue and lead wire, definitely an area i need to work on. Base coat of Macarrge Blue, dry brushed with temple guard blue, Laviathon Blue contrast thinned with medium as a wash and then dry brushed to pick up the edges with temple guard again. 11 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
