That's going to ruin the grey market for H8K kits somewhat :D

Last I checked they go for north of 100€ mostly.

http://www.hasegawa-model.co.jp/product/e45/

Release on January 19th, 2022 - Price in Japan, taxes incl.: 9680 JPY = 75,00 EUR

Without taxes 8800 JPY, for Europe add:  21% VAT + transport. The expected retail price should be 90,00-95,00 EUR. So not so far away from 100,00 EUR.

Anyone recall when Hasegawa last announced a new 1/48 scale modern aircraft? It seems like ages in my mind so just wondering if there might be something new on the way any time soon.

I don't mind all the re-pops but it would be nice to see a new tool 1/48 modern aircraft from Hasegawa soon. (This is not intended to make people post wish lists in this thread!! 🙂
A big shout out to @Homebee for keeping us all up to date with all the lastest news in our hobby.

It's about time someone did a model of someone searching the carpet monster for a dropped part. That's what it is.... surely?

Hmmm... the A-37 Dragonfly is something to consider, as is the target dart weapons set.
maybe I should go to HLJ soon...

New poster. Long time lurker (for decades).

It definitely won't be a tail-sitter. No need for extra weight at the front.

The trunking at the rear can be sanded off if you feel the need.

Will there be a twin version?

You’d be better off with the Academy A-37. It’s a much newer tooling.

1/12th tables and chairs.

That's exactly what I was hoping from Hasegawa.

Man, ain't that a fact 1/48 A-4Bs going for $150 USD on ebay and they give us tables and chairs for dolls?  I don't even know what they are for.  Who runs Hasegawa anymore?  What happened to the days of Aardvarks and Skywarriors?
