Marcel
So she has been finished last night - a Stampe of Belgian Air Force in May 1940. Absolutely lovely kit, easy to build with no traps. The paint is a mix of Tamiya orange, white and earth, decals from different sources (insignias are from the Frrom decal sheet of Belgian roundels). Rigging was made with invisible mending thread and the weathering is really subtle, the planes were well maintained. Thanks for looking. 51
Pete in a shed
Now thats a little beauty! I do like Tiger Moths and Stampes. I dont know the history behind them but I wonder if there was any coperation between the makers during the design stages, they are so similar. Marcel
Thank you guys! Pete I think that Mr. Stampe and Mr. Ventongen were just inspired by Tiger Moth. In fact I also like both these planes-

perdu
An absolute beauty. Possibly my favourite little biplane ever after enjoying watching the Rothman's Team performing beautiful and astonishing manoeuvres.
