longshanks
Hi Folks A question for you. I'm trying to find a set of decals for a friend of mine. Namely Spitfire MH434 in 1/72 as shown below Many thanks for your thoughts Kev
112 Squadron
It can be found on a sheet from DK Decals: http://www.dkdecals.cz/spitIX_aces_navod1.jpg However, this decal sheet is out of stock. MH 434 was also included as decal option in a limited edition boxing of Eduard: https://exito.site/en_GB/p/EDUARD-2120-172-Spitfire-Mk.IX-Triple-Combo-Limited-Edition-Nasi-se-vraceji/39248
72modeler
@longshanks, Southern Expo decal sheet 72003, Hornchurch Wing vs the Luftwaffe, Northern France Forays, also has all the markings for MH434 in 1/72 scale; I have the sheet and it is outstanding! I believe it is still available- see the link. My favorite Mk IX and the best-known and best-flown Spitfire there is! Can't wait to see how yours turns out! longshanks
@112 Squadron @72modeler Thanks for the info, currently following up to see what I can get Kev
alt-92
One little quirk to take into account: In her current guise, the upper wing roundels are not the B-type, but C-type with the white oversprayed red.

My friend saw it displayed at Biggin Hill and said it was the best display ever. Hence the interest Britmodeller to the rescue Kev
