metadyne
This is where tanks and other armoured vehicles go to die, on the Target range, I've based my model on features from tanks on the range rather than depicting a particular Hulk. some closer views of the damage. 29

Head in the clouds.
You have done a superb job there, your weathering skills are as good as I have seen, to be fair, if you had a back drop the model would look real.
StuartH
Wonderfully creative model and those rust effects are stunning. Very good 👏

Kiwidave4
As someone who regularly uses hard target pics as reference for the details that are often hidden on serviceable kit I am impressed with the weathering. You have really nailed it!
FrancisGL
Hi metadyne, Looking at your model, I remember seeing some photos of armored vehicles (Chaff, for example) wrecked, and they look the same ... very well achieved those wear effects and their tone. On the other hand, I have posted on the forum, another Chieftain on base, but a "little earlier" ... lol, let's say he is that he would shoot ... lol. If you're interested in seeing it give me a whistle ... Cheers and TC Francis.👍

Jasper dog
Lovely job, your paint effects are excellent, particularly like the close up of the turret. Really nice work. Atb Darryl

It's amazing how humans can miss the most 'obvious' things when concentrating hard on details. Notwithstanding that terrible mistake 😉, the model is lovely. I will certainly be copying your idea of doing a target hulk.
Bullbasket
Lovely piece of work. It makes a change to see a model in this condition. No doubt the weathering was challenging as well as different. Nice one. John.
simmerit
Utterly stunning. I echo the comments on the turret. An amazing piece of work and the weathering is absolutely perfect in every detail.
593jones
Very well executed! Took me back to when I was in the TA and did an anti-tank course at Netheravon, firing 120mm HESH at hulks on the range. Loadsa fun!
