Fairey Gannet AS Mk.4 (rf 1956) (ARKmodels 1:72) (ex-FROG-NOVO-DFI-EE)

Recommended Posts

Hard to believe it's the old Frog kit. I  remember back around 1970 pressing my nose into local  corner shop which had one  displayed in the window, wondering what the hell it was.

You've brought it into the  21st century, that's  for sure.

BTW what is  'nishties'? It's not an English word that I  know.

Lovely. I think the Gannet is awesome, not classically pretty but great looking. In fact, I can think of a few girls like that 😂😂

There’s certainly a lot of work gone into that, and it shows. Outstanding replica of a fascinating old aircraft.

Colleagues, thanks for visiting and for the feedback!

noelh, in this case, in relation to the model, it implies different small detailing on the fuselage, wings and tail. Also, different hatches and trim elements, antennas, etc...

That is stunning work on that old kit. Looks like Frog produced a good looking kit & I assume you also rescribed it.

Very impressive.

Sky Keg, thank you! I guess the translator is not quite correct(!?))), I think Val is exaggerating my modelling abilities... )
