MASSIMILIANO
Hi Guys, This is my latest project.I chose the 2nd version available in the box.P38 F Capt.Murray J. Shubin 339FS/347FG.The model is very well designed.I didn't have to work with too much putty or spending time sanding it. The only two problems I found were the poor quality of the instructions and the decals a bit too weak in my view. The only aftermarket item were the seat belts Eduard.Thid model was brushes painted with acrylic I tried to reproduce some mud effects (based on some reference pics)using oils.As always,I cannot wait for having your comments and tips. Thanks Edited September 30, 2021 by MASSIMILIANO 15
VolkerR.
This one is not so easy to build but you did a great job. Why did you not use the drop tanks?
MASSIMILIANO
Hi Volker. Thank you for your comment. I didn't use the drop tank cause I realized too late that the tanks supplied had already the support mould in one piece, and not as a separate item. I didn't want to get mad cutting and probably doing a messy job.
