hopkp
With luck they might eventually do them in 1/48 too, the MiG-23BN and MiG-27 in particular have been very badly served in that scale to date.....

Seamus
This is great news, especially if they're up to the standard of their excellent MiG-25 that I'm currently working on, which I'm sure they will be 😎

On the link, it's no Modelsvit! 😉 But on the link, it's other technologie mold than ICM work, besides, I already said everything in that topic. B.R. Are you thinking of Clear Prop or Modelsvit - the link is for a Clear Prop planned release? Regardless, I am happy to see an extended family of MiG 23/27s from ICM, they will have to make some clever designing to get all the variants.
David Lengyel
Hmm, interesting. I'm very much interested in this kit, but I'll wait for the Clear Prop for comparison. 12 hours ago, Mike Esposito said: Great News! Been looking for a KP kit. They are hard to find and expensive! Robert
This is fantastic news from ICM. Hope they can cover all the variants including the 2 seaters. Regards Robert
Violet Club
If these Mig-23s will be of the same quality of their Mig-25s, it will be great ! I hope that they will release also the Mig-25 P version (not released yet) and later a family of Sukhoi Su-15 (my favorite Soviet Fighter) !

Giorgio N
This is fantastic news ! A family of good, modern, mainstream 1/72 MiG-23/27 is needed and very welcome. The RV/KP kits are not always easily available and are tricky builds, the Zvezda kits are far from good or modern and the Hasegawa/Academy kits are seriously inaccurate. I don't doubt that if Clear Prop keep working on their announced kit it will be fantastic, but I'm also pretty sure that the ICM kits will be more affordable and likely more available. Hopefully this will be followed by a number of decal sheets for the many "exotic" users of the type
Violet Club
I believe also that these Mig-23 kits will be very accurate as ICM has released a better 1/72 Polikarpov Po-02 in the past although the first issue was not bad at all. If only Chinese manufacturers could follow this example of accuracy quest ! Edited September 27, 2021 by Violet Club
MiG-Mech
My KP MiG-23 is already at eBay. I hope Eduard will take the chance and will release their MiG-23 in Czech AF service in 1/72 as they did in 1/48.
Robertone139
If they are anywhere near the quality of their Foxbats at least a couple of them.
MiG-Mech
There are many version of MiG-23. ICM published 6(?) different -25, so we can hope for big family. And there are a lot of users around the world, so bigger chance for big family.

LN-KEH
There is probably a market for the Mig-25 P of Viktor Belenko in Japan - for the rest of us, it is just another defection story. Back to the MiG 23/27 family; it is really large and diverse - even more than the MiG 25s.

I wanted one or maybe two MiG-25s, ended with four. I only want MiG-23MF, MiG-23UB and MiG-27K, but how many I end up with I prefer not to think about.
