Vesa Jussila
Painting is really good. I think this kit is better than old Italeri kit. That is quite simple.

stevehnz
That is incredibly well done, a very handsome model indeed. This is the type Magnum drove I think, always liked it. Steve. 1

Possibly the most Iconic Ferrari of all. Just to be ever so slightly pendantic Steve (sorry... and 'cause I was recently looking for a kit... ), I understand the Magnum car was actually the 308 GTS Quattrovalvole (the GTS having the removable roof panels), although the 288 borrowed much of the styling from the earlier 308 GTS/GTB QV. The engines were the major difference of the Ferrari 288 GTO and the 308. The 308's engine was mounted transversely. The Ferrari 288 GTO's is mounted longitudinally, making it slightly smaller. Great job @Mr.lin I am just getting into building 1/24 cars - Ferraris naturalmente - already learned a lot from your video. Alan R
I think that Magnum drove a 328 Targa. Still beautiful though. Trawling my memory here... Cheers, Alan. 1

It was a Ferrari 308 GTS / GTSi / GTS Quattrovalvole (several cars used over the years). The 328 GTB/GTS was introduced by Ferrari in 1986 as the successor to the 308 but was never used in the TV show (which ran from 1980 to 1988). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFlW-xR8xm4&list=RDCMUCIn659QBdUTrZ8iLCmzjODQ&start_radio=1&rv=BFlW-xR8xm4&t=5 Rich Edited September 27, 2021 by RichG
kiseca
Great build and it looks like a lovely proportioned kit too. So much so that I thought I might add one to the stash. Went and looked at prices, and actually yeah, I think I'll just admire photos of them
