BA and Air France did it to the real ones 

 

I like many reading this have this one in the stash, I hadn't appreciated it was nearly a yard long !

This looks fantastic. One of the things that sold me on this kit (I've just ordered one) was the sheer size of it. I can't wait to get this in my hands.

when I first posted the "binning" pic a mighty wail was heard clear across the Nullabor for Les Applebee  (aka "Uncle Les"), I rescued it for him and posted it over to Melbourne..dunno if he ever did anything with it, I suppose he could have used it as a paint stirrer.
