Marklo
I’ll probably keep the kit scheme on the Academy, going to have to find something interesting for the LS. I’ll start chipping away but I reckon I won’t really get going properly till I’ve got my two F16s done. Funnily enough 1/48 is my default scale for exactly that reason, but I’ve taken to 1/144 as a nice scale for modern jets. Some recent examples.

Have you figured out the second scheme ? There are plenty of colorful Japanese options if you wish to retain the decals ? If not there is always Israeli, Greek, Turkish, “E’s” and you could always attempt to make it an German “F” or an USAF “G”.
Marklo
The choice is bewildering but these are my two front runners. As happens I have Luftwaffe decals left over from one of my 1/144 typhoons. But I think I’m leaning towards the grey one, I think it would look pretty good next to the Vietnam camo phantom, hmmm.
