MicTroy23
Hello colleagues, I'd like to present another self-made one. This time, a dream come true on the shelf. Drawing quite a complex configuration, mainly from printed schemes with appendices. Fitted the rest of the geometry from the photos. Experimented with painting of the marking and added a bit of customization in the form of serial numbers and the flag on the keel. Paint and varnish with brushes. Paints: GSI urethane-acrylic, PC88 acrylic, Tamiya lacquers, +plain pencil. Enjoy the view! 53

k5054nz
I don't know how you did it, but you've captured the elegance of the original (and the tragically ill-fated replica) perfectly. Bravo!!
kapam
Amazing model! Beautifully done. Surprisingly sleek and futuristic for 1939.

kiseca
I've been fortunate enough to see that aircraft on display in Wisconsin. Back then it was hanging from the ceiling. I had never heard of it until I saw it, and it is a very striking, very beautiful aircraft particularly in Bugatti's blue. Your model does it justice. Lovely build of an aircraft that I am surprised is not a more popular model.
Bertie McBoatface
I saw Bugatti Racer and thought it was a car in the wrong RFI. What a machine, especially for 1939! It's so sculptural, almost organic in shape. Like a fish? Another great little model from Mic. How does he do it? Making those compound and constantly varying curves must be fiendishly difficult.
