In intensive action over Luzon, Formosa, Tokyo, Iwo Jima, Okinawa and Kyushu, VF(N)-90 claimed 42 enemy planes destroyed, four more damaged or destroyed, and was the second most successful VF(N) squadron in World War II. For the exhaust staining I airbrushed a very thinned Nato Black (10% color - 90% Nitro) a low pressure ... then, with the same method, a Deck Tan above the black ... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
