Special Hobby 1/72 Lockheed Vega 5 - Lady Lindy

A fun build this one.

Primed with Tamiya Flat White.

Painted with Humbrol 174 Signal Red Enamel, Tamiya Neutral Grey, Flat Green, Rubber Black, Mr. Color Dark Iron, Alclad Airframe Aluminium.

OOB except for the pitot tube which I replaced with Albion Alloys 0.3mm brass tube.

Finished with Mr Color Super Clear III.

As long as you get a smooth finish on the paint the Mr. Color Super Clear thinned with Mr. Levelling thinners make this fairly straight forward.

Not so much skill as science. 😀
