Stressy
A few pics of my Sword F3 Demon that I made during lockdown. Mostly straight forward. One day I'll get round to fitting the missiles!

72modeler
@Stressy, Very, very nice Demon!Me. I'd leave the missiles off- much cleaner look, and gave a longer combat radius, as the F3H was notoriously thirsty on fuel, especially when the AB was lit...hmmm, sounds like a Lightning in that department. Best one I've seen built so far. A shame the engine wasn't up to the airframe on the real airplane. The Demon always seemed like a Scimitar wanna be. Stressy
Thank you. Yes and carrying 2 tanks actually reduced range at max chat! Always wanted to do a Scimitar but the prices the 1/72 version fetches on Ebay are out if my reach.

The drag of the two external tanks reduced the range to less than the airplane with no tanks! A shame it never got a J-75 fitted. Mike
