Now I've seen that, I want some kits with that on, it looks awesome, even better knowing where it came form.

The eagle marking was included in one release of the Eduard 1/72 La-7 for Ahmet Khan Sultan (Eduard 7066), and also on one or two aftermarket decal sheets. Let me know if you need more information:

...and hopefully others - these two sheets are old, but the Eduard kit with these markings is still easy to obtain. IIRC, the same decal sheet was also used in a Dual Combo issue of the La-7 kit.
