JOCKNEY
I recently managed to buy a Gerald Elliott Vickers Windsor which unfortunately unbeknown to both the seller and myself was incomplete as it originally appeared the box was still sealed. If anyone has this kit or the Contrail / Sanger follow up can I have some pictures of the parts and the instructions as its difficult to know what's missing unless you have certainty of what should have been included to start with ! Also does anyone have any pictures of what it would have / should have looked like please, as I'm keen to learn more about it. Many thanks Pat
rossm
The Sanger kit is still available https://www.sangereng.co.uk/vickers_windsor_1.htm Maybe an email would get a copy of the instructions?
JOCKNEY
Thanks Ross I've done that now, so I'll let you know how I get on. Cheers Pat
The wooksta V2.0
I had one some years back. You'll certainly need a new set of engines as the ones supplied are... well, not great. Blackbird do a set of Merlin 85s as a Lancaster B.VI conversion, complete with props, that's a vast improvement over the kit ones.
