Godzilla isn't really my cuppa tea but my granddaughter is a huge fan so when I saw this in the hobby store I thought I'd give it a whirl and present it to her when I was done.  It's actually not a bad little kit - the main problem area was blending in the seams where the parts were cemented together. To accomplish that goal I made good use of a wood burning set. Temperature control and a variety of tips helped in almost eliminating the seams. The next biggest challenge was painting the dorsal(?) fins to try to get that electric blue glow. Fortunately I was able to pull off a reasonably good approximation.

My granddaughter is out of town for a few days and I'm looking forward to seeing her reaction when she gets it.

I really like your Godzilla. Very nicely done!

Reminds me of a very funny scene in one of the "Austin Powers" movies, set in a Japanese city.....

Man No. 1 (pointing at a huge, lizard-like creature, rapidly destroying the city):

"Oh my God! That looks just like....."

Man No. 2 (very abruptly interrupting the first man):

"It can't be, for copyright reasons!"

Cheers.

Chris.
