e8n2
I am hoping somebody can help me out here. I am looking for photos of USAF Air Police M20 Greyhounds, especially with the serial number clearly visible for a future project. I have only found a couple of photos of them, one of which is found here: There is also one in a scene from the old Jimmy Stewart movie Strategic Air Command, but like the picture above, you can't make out the serial number. So far it appears that SAC was the only ones who had them, but you never know that maybe some of the other major commands, like USAFE, might have had them. Thanks, Dave
Kingsman
Is the SAC number on the front right corner the serial, or are you looking for a US Air Force serial somewhere?

The Air Force serial number which would be on both sides of the vehicle at around where the first of the two rear tires would be. From the photo it says SAC and RAFB (for Ramey Air Force Base) on the right hand side. Later, Dave
