Oddly enough I was in furniture shop a while ago and they had a couple of large scale Gee Bee racers, well detailed but rather expensive on display. Essentially an art piece. Great little kit and a fun build, except those wing support struts...they were an absolute pain! You should have seen the 1:1 scale replica do an aerobatic routine at an airshow several years ago- incredible! Like a bumblebee, it should not be able to fly, much less do aerobatics!
