theplasticsurgeon
Just realised that this GB is still open, so I'm rejoining with this kit A 1999 boxing of their kit, first released in 1972. I bought it (still sealed) at IPMS Avon show, earlier this month for £4. Parts, Instructions and decals,
theplasticsurgeon
Construction has started. Final time to see the interior, little of it that there is, of this model. Then onwards with assembling the airframe.
Col.
Welcome back Tim While this is a simple kit and the best part of 50 years old I see the method for attaching the propeller assembly is one plenty of other kits could have used and benefited from. jean
Nice choice! It should be a simple kit, building without any fuss. And it is a charismatic paint scheme. Perfect! Have fun! JR
theplasticsurgeon
Thanks Col. Two points to raise: 1, I'm seriously underwhelmed with this kit. Heller have produced some gems - but this isn't one of them. 2, I'm unlikely to complete within timescale, or post much more. I normally post from my laptop, which I dropped yesterday. It can't boot, and my repair person thinks it's wrecked. I can browse on an old Amazon Fire, but posting is less easy. I've never posted pictures from it.
Col.
Sorry to hear this Tim. Hope you can find a solution for the laptop at least.

janneman36
Must say that the H225 middle stone really suits the scheme, well done 👍 cheers, Jan
theplasticsurgeon
Undercarriage fitted. Nothing there to locate it to - this doesn't look quite right. But photos from my camera again now, much better. So declaring completion. Better photos edited in on 04 Sept 2021.

Col.
Well done on getting another one completed Tim. You mentioned this was not the most enjoyable kit so hopefully you've something nicer on the bench now as a reward
