Barkhorn Bf 109 G6 help

I found this information :

http://falkeeins.blogspot.com/2010/07/bf109-g-6-of-hptm-gerhard-barkhorn-jg52.html

which includes two photos of Barkhorns Bf 109 G6 towards the bottom of the page.

It is noted as W Nr 162 198. Can anyone tell me please which manufacturer would have built it? (so I can determine the upper camouflage)

Also, was it equipped with a tropical filter? One of the photos appears to show this, or is that my imagination?

TIA

The photo shows a pretty typical Regensburg upper fuselage demarcation

Just had a look through my folders and found this,

it maybe the same bird, and you can see the mounting points for where to filter was

Thank you - not convinced that is the same plane though.

This is the photo I am referring to, located here: http://falkeeins.blogspot.com/2010/07/bf109-g-6-of-hptm-gerhard-barkhorn-jg52.html

Is that a tropical filter on the intake mounted on the cowling panel pointing to the sky?

It is one of Barkhorns birds but looking closer at other photos with the same crewmen around it the chevrons is slightly different so yeah never mind its a different plane.

In regards to the one with the cowl up I'm not seeing a trop filter there, it would be alot longer than that.

Nope, no filter visible in that pic
