mathy
Hi all, here some pics of my latest model: MiG-15bis by Hobby 2000 (ex Bronco). Add Brassin wheels and Eduard PE`s for the cockpit. The Hungarian Air Force Decals are out of the box, the stencils are by Edaurad as well. 65
Andy Dyck
Hi Mathy, that looks very very convincing. One of your best finishes from the last time, for my taste. Superb photography as always. Nice, have to put my fingers out and grab one…… Cheers 🍻 Andy
Pete in a shed
Superb weathering technique, it looks so realistically faded and worn. How did you do it? Pete
Vultures1
Wow, excellent finish and weathering. At first glance, the first photos looked like reference shots of the real thing - well done!

28ZComeback
Can you please give us a brief tutorial on your weathering methods? This is probably the best Mig-15 ever to grace these pages.

Nikola Topalov
Hi Mathy, Brilliant paintwork and weathering! Excellent work! Well done man. So convincing. I have one observation - somehow the markings slightly stand out since they are pretty much intact and much cleaner than the rest of the heavily weathered plane, especially the numbers at the front. Also, check the front wheel. In some photos it looks like it is slighly misaligned. Not trying to split hairs, just pointing out in case you didn't catch it. Again, excellent work! Great modelling as always from you. Looking forward to seeing your next project. Best, Nikola

djos
More than realistic, weathering is small masterpiece for itself. Both final model and pictures are beautiful Regards Djordje

Sure🙂 It was done with chipping fluid, black and brown oilcolors, post-shading with airbrush, and the fine AK pencils.

Stephen
Another superstar build, if it weren't for the lack of chocks those photos would look like it was the real thing.
