TomW
Hello everyone, been a very, very, very long time since I've posted on Britmodeller - 5 or 6 years I think!? But wanted to share something that I finished up today. F-14A+ Tomcat, VF-74 'BeDevilers', 1991 Operation Desert Storm, USS Saratoga. Kit: Hasegawa Scale: 1/72 Paint: Hataka Blue Line Acrylics, Citadel Acrylics all hand brushed throughout. Finishes: MiG filters, Flory washes, Mr Hobby Flat Topcoat Extras: Quickboost ejection seats otherwise OOB Decals: Kit provided with Furball Aerodesign position lights Had the added impetus to finish as the first show in 2 years (in England) is on this weekend at Thornbury and I'm displaying on the Cold War SIG stand, hope to see some of you there!

Parabat
That's very nice indeed and also one of my favourite Gulf War squadrons. Just tip if it's not too late - the starboard tail light should also be red. 😉

I'll be rectifying that first thing on Monday! (The kit is currently packed ready for the weekend - let's see how many others spot it 😉)

kapam
An excellent build and very inspiring. I have the Hasegawa 1/72 kit in my stash and would love it to turn out as nice as yours.
TomW
Thankyou everyone for the positive comments 😁 it's certainly a fiddly and finicky kit but one that rewards careful construction, good job really as there are a few more to do hiding in the stash!
