Fixer
F-19 Stealth in 1:72 scale from old Italeri kit. Instead of proposed paint schemes, I went for F-22 look, including the slight metallic sheen observable on the Raptor.
theplasticsurgeon
Very nicely done, on what must have been a VERY rare find. I built this kit in 1991. A rare find then - as angular F117 kits were just starting to emerge at that time.

Same here - I first built this as a little kid in early nineties, but that model is long gone now😀 Then few years ago I stumbled upon a mint-condition set on Polish equivalent of eBay, with a price of maybe 10 Euro? Also, only now have I noticed that the main landing gear comes from F/A-18🤔
bentwaters81tfw
I have a 1/48 edition on my bench currently. It is getting a major revamp into something more interesting. 🤫
Bertie McBoatface
Very nice. The canopy reminds me of the movie Alien.
fightersweep
Really nice to see this kit built up. Might even be the first one I've seen. Great work! Looks fantastic! Used to be a dab hand flying the F-19 over Libya on my Amiga 500 back in 1990 courtesy of Microprose. Great sim for it's day. Steve

Hook
Lovely build! That F-22 scheme is quite becoming. Cheers, Andre
Hunter Rose
Nice, really like it, especially the canopy finish Brings back memories too as when I was little my brother somehow managed to stab himself in the hand with an f19 Ring Raider!
Tarkas
Very nice overall, and the F-22-style paint scheme suits it. Now you'll have to go looking for the other "F-19" kit as a mate for it. I think it was by Monogram and it was based on a fictional futuristic aircraft originally designed for a series of trade advertisements (in magazines like Aviation Week and Space Technology) for an avionics/systems company -- it was so long ago I can't remember who, but I do remember seeing the kit box and thinking, "I recognise that!" Fixer
@Tarkas To be honest I buy models basing on their looks, rather than creating some kind of "theme" collections. If it looks "cool" to me, I buy it I still got "MiG-37" from the same era which I guess can supplement my F-19. I am thinking of a making it in old MiG-29 grey-green paint scheme. FZ6
Great model! I have one of these and it is a lovely little kit and part of modelling history now! Thanks for sharing, Mark
