Creepy Pete
Hello, Here's my just completed Monogram F-100D Super Sabre. I used two incomplete kits to build it. Quite a bit of aftermarket was used on this one: Master pitot tube, Brassin Snakeyes and SUU-7's, AMS Resin fueltank extensions, Caracal decals. Mr Color and Alclad were used mostly. It's done as "Nashville Sound" from the 90th TFS at Bien Hoa AB in South Vietnam. Thanks for watching, Pete 59

Bertie McBoatface
That's a fine model. Well done for the burnt paint at the back!

binbrook87
Stunning! To second what has been said above...great work on the burnt area. Not easy to achieve at all. 👍👍
stevej60
Great build Pete, paintwork is beautifully done especially the rear fuselage which can be very tricky on the Sabre.

SAT69
The best compliment I can give is this: It looks real! You've reproduced the look of the real airplane magnificently.

Alan P
Superb build. I know it's hard NOT to make a decent model using the golden Monogram kit, but you absolutely smashed it. Really well done 👍
Sky Keg
Looks great Pete. My favorite part is the complex rear exhaust section. That`s difficult to replicate with any semblance of accuracy. Mike
F-32
It still builds into a great kit, very nicely done
loloskymaster
Great paint, especially the metal part on the rear of the fuselage. You did not mention that but, did you engrave the panel lines ? Lolo

Creepy Pete
Thanks everyone! @loloskymaster I did not rescribe the kit. I don't mind raised panellines.
