Scharnhorst 1940, 1/350 scale by Dragon.

Recommended Posts

No entry for me either, though I can see your Prinz Eugen on the other thread.

To be honest, following links to another site is sometimes something I can't be bothered with.

So often the links are broken anyway and this is the age of instant gratification, I believe. Even

among patient modellers perhaps. I'm slightly embarrassed to admit my laziness but it's the truth.

The Dragon Scharnhorst kit as been at the top of my wants list since it came out, it's just too expensive, so it would be nice to see your photos; if you can get it sorted out.

cheers,
Mike

@Bertie Psmith I agree - I'd rather see the photos within the post. Is that even possible on this site?!

@bootneck I got lucky - I picked this kit up for 80-85euro - it was reduced from about 140euro.

Thanks

I don't know if it's possible on Flikr. I'm using OneDrive. It's easy enough for even me, lol. And it's free for quite a lot of pictures and then I think quite reasonable for a HUGE lot of pictures.

Re. Flickr: you haven't set the photos /album to Public, so nobody can see them!

I use Flickr for posting photos here, you just need to set the pics to Public on Flickr, click on Share (the folded arrow icon) and post the resulting link on your Britmodeller thread - this should automatically display the photos on your post.

Gidday Fergus, I could see them in second post, and I was able to see the Prinz also. Beautiful warships, both. Scharnhorst is my favorite German warship, but the Prinz Eugen comes a close second. Regards, Jeff.

I use Tumblr and once you have the photo on your blog select share and it'll give you an option to copy the URL and you paste it in here and that'll work. Have to ask is the deck painted or wood? If it's wood is it included? Really nice model you have there.

if you're using Flickr i think you can right click on the photo and paste a link to your picture into the clipboard, If you then paste this into your thread it will embed the photo so people don't have to actually go into Flickr to see them.
