Edgare
Juat another Beaufughter, nothing too fancy and OOB build from the Airfix kit, getting a littlw bit more practice with the airbrush and basic weathering, need to get the canopy masking a bit better. 23
Jackson Duvalier
Don't worry so much about what you got wrong, build on what you got right. 😎 You're doing well with the airbrush and masking; both are a lifelong never-ending journey of learning and frustration, so enjoy the win of a presentable completed model.
Wulfman
Nice job on the Beau, if you are using acrylics you can make adjustments to the canopy frames by scraping excess paint off with a cocktail stick. Wulfman

Well said and absolutely true. A very nice model. And yes, masking can be a challenge ... it definitely still challenges me.
kapam
Looks great to me. Canopy masking? I doubt I will ever really have this fully mastered - it will remain a kit-by-kit proposition. 😬
stevehnz
You've got a lovely job there on your Beau, one to be proud of. I'll look forward to see more up to this standard. Steve.
Bertie McBoatface
That's looking pretty good to me. Keep it up! 23 hours ago, Wulfman said: Nice job on the Beau, if you are using acrylics you can make adjustments to the canopy frames by scraping excess paint off with a cocktail stick. Wulfman If you briefly dip the cocktail stick in alcohol you may get a better result. This helps to prevent the paint cracking off the frames but softens and removes the tiny bits on the 'glass'.
