Jon Bryon
Hello all, I finished this about a month ago. It's AFV Club's 1/48 AIDC F-CK-1C Ching Kuo built straight from the box. The paint is mostly Mr Color and the eagle emblem on the tail, along with the stylised ROC star, is masked using home made masks cut on a Silhouette cutter. The rest of the markings are from the kit. A full build article is available here: https://jonbryon.com/afv-club-1-48-aidc-f-ck-1c-ching-kuo/ Thanks for looking, and comments welcome. SAT69
You do beautiful work. I can't get over how shallow the fuselage is. From the side, the airplane almost looks fragile, but from the top it looks much more robust. A good looking airplane though.

Thanks SAT69 I have to say I didn't think I'd like the shape that much, but I think it looks much better in 3D. The wide and slim look is kind of cool. exdraken
Great rendition! Wonder how it perform in relation to an F-16 or F-18! Those 2 Ge-404s should give quite a punch!

Lord Riot
Fantastic! So cool to see a Taiwanese jet on here. I’ve seen these for real a few times at Tainan, they’re actually pretty noisy too, you certainly know when they’re taking off over the city. This model is superb, amazing standard of painting and finishing. Might have to get on with building one of mine soon!

Flyingdutchman
A type you don’t see very often. I think it turned out excellent, very crisp paint finish and weathering. Job well done, I’d say five stars 😁 Evert
Red Dot
Top stuff. Having seen a few fly, they are better looking in the flesh Andy
