Putty Animal
Thanks so much everybody for the words of encouragement. It means a lot. There's heaps of potential in 144 and the kits that are coming out these days are just getting better and better. I hope more people will be tempted to give the scale a try. Bertie McBoatface
Outstanding. I appreciate the use of the 1927 shilling, very cool idea. You know, without the matchstick or shilling, I'd have believed you completely had you told me it was 1:48. And I'd still have thought it very good work. AND it's a scratchbuild!

I really like doing that. It gives a nice bit of context and scale. Its a slippery slope though, as you can suddenly find yourself with a quite a stash of coins after a while... 😬 1 1
binbrook87
What an absolute work of art. Having some experience in 'brail scale' I have to take my hat off for the level of detail....and scratchbuilt too! Incredible. 👍👍
Murewa
That's real modelling, wow! I can't imagine ever being able to scratch-build something with such precision and accuracy ... incredible!
