PeterB
Well, that's about done. Once I get the E-7/Trop finished I will give them both a coat of vanish. Pete
PeterB
Got the varnish on this morning so it is now done. Just a bit different from my G-6, but the kit is showing its age. Pete
Johnson
Very nice, I do like the late war paint schemes. And the 109 K is still on my 'to do' list, but not this GB I fear.
PeterB
Thanks Charlie, Well I guess it had to happen sometime knowing how clumsy I am getting, but after taking the photos I dropped the ruddy thing and it is currently in bits. Fortunately I have found everything so with luck I can glue the various prop blades, undercarriage and doors, pitot etc back on but it is a pain! jean
Hi Pete, you are now a member of an elite club, to which I belong as well... Sorry about it, really. I believe Astra Zeneca are manufacturing a vaccine against clumsiness... I have ordered a crate already. Good luck about the repair. Your build was really nice, so your 109 is definitely worth fixing. JR
PeterB
Hi Jean, It is back together with no real harm done. I will have to be more careful! Pete
